The Washington DC grand jury hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump is going to indict the former president on the Espionage Act and obstruction, according to a leak to The Independent.
The Florida grand jury on Thursday indicted Trump on at least 7 charges.

The Independent has learned that prosecutors are ready to ask grand jurors to approve an indictment against Mr Trump for violating a portion of the US criminal code known as Section 793, which prohibits “gathering, transmitting or losing” any “information respecting the national defence”.
The use of Section 793, which does not make reference to classified information, is understood to be a strategic decision by prosecutors that has been made to short-circuit Mr Trump’s ability to claim that he used his authority as president to declassify documents he removed from the White House and kept at his Palm Beach, Florida property long after his term expired on 20 January 2021.
That section of US criminal law is written in a way that could encompass Mr Trump’s conduct even if he was authorised to possess the information as president because it states that anyone who “lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document …relating to the national defence,” and “willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it” can be punished by as many as ten years in prison.

I just went and picked up the boys. I got the girls this morning. I was told that for 10 days I need to keep them quiet and limit their activities. So when I opened the carriers, girl kittens were running around everywhere as if they hadn’t had major surgery.
I’m supposed to keep the boys in the carriers until 6:00 and then give them minimal food. They’re already meowing and wanting out so I don’t think they will agree any more than the girls did.

For as long as I remember Rickards he said that US will remain the currency reserve for a long time. So I’m very surprised that he sees it becoming a possibility sooner.

On Aug. 22, about 2½ months from today, the most significant development in international finance since 1971 will be unveiled.

There are currently eight nations that have formally applied for membership and 17 others that have expressed interest in joining. The eight formal applicants are: Algeria, Argentina, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The 17 countries that have expressed interest are: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela and Zimbabwe.
There’s more to this list than just increasing the headcount at future BRICS meetings.
If Saudi Arabia and Russia are both members, you have two of the three largest energy producers in the world under one tent (the U.S. is the other member of the energy Big Three).
If Russia, China, Brazil and India are all members, you have four of the seven largest countries in the world measured by landmass possessing 30% of the Earth’s dry surface and related natural resources.
Almost 50% of the world’s wheat and rice production as well as 15% of the world’s gold reserves are in the BRICS.
Meanwhile, China, India, Brazil and Russia are four of the nine highest-population countries on the planet with a combined population of 3.2 billion people or 40% of the Earth’s population.
China, India, Brazil, Russia and Saudi Arabia have a combined GDP of $29 trillion or 28% of nominal global GDP. If one uses purchasing power parity to measure GDP, then the BRICS share is over 54%. Russia and China have two of the three largest nuclear arsenals in the world (the other leader is the United States).
By every measure — population, landmass, energy output, GDP, food output and nuclear weapons — BRICS is not just another multilateral debating society. They are a substantial and credible alternative to Western hegemony.
BRICS acting together is one pole of a new multipolar or even bipolar world.

I just saw a video of Biden saying he is proposing legislation that Congress must pass for civil rights for transgender children, including undoing some States legislation against sexual books in schools and mutilation of children. Also says no protests allowed on schools, medical facilities, etc.
And, government property, too?
So obvious, it’s to hide all of their multifaceted corruption...within our schools, towards our precious kids....towards our healthcare....so they can continue to lie and scare the wits out of the elderly/masses, without question....and, towards our right to free speech....so they can shut down their political opponents!
