Reports are the Biden gang will try to make Trump a political prisoner based on an unprecedented application of a law governing the handling of “national defense information.” This is a dishonest and illicit effort to get around the president’s absolute right to keep and declassify any document he wants. Obviously, under the US Constitution, a president’s authority as commander-in-chief also applies to his ability to keep and use “national defense information.”
