The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) is stonewalling a judge’s subpoena of internal documents related to how the medical organization came up with its guidelines for gender confused minors.
WPATH, a leading advocate for child sex changes, was subpoenaed in March by a federal judge in Alabama after the organization’s guidelines were repeatedly referenced to argue against the state’s restrictions on sex changes for minors during a lawsuit. WPATH has attempted to quash the subpoena, which a judge denied in March. The court case challenges Alabama’s law banning sex changes for individuals under 19. While WPATH argued it was a non-party to the case, the U.S. District Court Judge Liles Burke said in a March ruling that the nature of its guidelines was of “crucial import in this litigation.”
“They’re just doing everything they possibly can to not release them,” Jay Richards, Senior Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, told the Daily Caller.

It took me a bit of research to find the exact name of this case. “Just The News” is the only news site that I’ve found that makes it a habit to provide the case name and number when referring to litigation. I wish others would do the same.
This Florida case is August Dekker v. Simon Marstiller (4:22-cv-00325-RH). It is the litigation regarding Florida’s regulation that prohibits Medicaid from covering “gender-affirming” care.
Synopsis:
“Four transgender Medicaid beneficiaries filed a lawsuit challenging a Florida regulation that prohibits coverage of medically necessary gender-affirming care. The plaintiffs allege that the discriminatory coverage exclusion violates: 1) the EPSDT requirements in the Medicaid Act; 2) the comparability requirement in the Medicaid Act; 3) Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act; and 4) the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.”

The same group of people that assured everyone the vax was safe and effective. The same people that bludgeoned everyone to follow the science, except that was a complete lie also.
There is no “research” here and everyone knows it otherwise not only would they have released the information, but they would have been on every single talk-show proclaiming their virtuous truth.

I agree. Demanding that a state base it’s health policy on research of which you refuse to provide should result in any of their recommendations be discounted in their entirety.
The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) would like the world to pretend there are no health professionals that disagree with their point of view. And that pretense is just that, a false presentation of what health professionals world wide believe.
What young foilks with identity dypshoria of any type need most is mental health care that helps them rid their minds of the errant obsession plaguing it, instead of the popular practice of caving in to that obsession; which is done under the pretext it cannot be overcome, which is wrong. Current “treatments” are like treating addicts by helping them obtain what would satisfy their addiction.
Why is this being done? It is temporarily less emotionally stressful for the child and parents to just cave into the obession. Working against the obsession requires love, patience, sumpathy, compassion and dedicated persistence. Getting mental health professionals assistence in getting to the bottom of the obsession can be very helpful, if parents can find the right professionals for doing that.
This is a global event. I think we are headed for the time of Tribulation.

The parents who have written heart-wrenching stories of the time and effort it took to “de-program” their child, have my admiration. It takes a lot to go against the school, the medical profession, the media, and the militant GIBLET community. But, your child is worth it.
