I agree. Demanding that a state base it’s health policy on research of which you refuse to provide should result in any of their recommendations be discounted in their entirety.

Particularly with the spectre of liability hanging over the whole situation. They would be total fools to base any official policy on smoke and mirrors like that. The risk is off the charts.
