It took me a bit of research to find the exact name of this case. “Just The News” is the only news site that I’ve found that makes it a habit to provide the case name and number when referring to litigation. I wish others would do the same.
This Florida case is August Dekker v. Simon Marstiller (4:22-cv-00325-RH). It is the litigation regarding Florida’s regulation that prohibits Medicaid from covering “gender-affirming” care.

“Four transgender Medicaid beneficiaries filed a lawsuit challenging a Florida regulation that prohibits coverage of medically necessary gender-affirming care.
