Seems like a LOT of variables unaccounted for. Sadly, rumors of Boise being lib haven are likely true these days. Once the population centers get enough voting power (real or not) then guess what happens. Like NevaDUH, two counties run the entire state. The other 14 counties? Too bad, so sad, your dad! One reason I prefer Mrs Rktman’s idea of one county=one vote. At least the democommies would have to put forth some effort for a while until they can move enough miscreants into rural locales. 😉👍

Idaho doesn't have cities with large majority black populations. The "culture" found in the big cities isn't accessible to them. The small numbers of blacks function well in a society with good values.
