We have had a lot of job postings lately. Now mind you, I have thought for some time that we have had an unusually high amount of job postings/turnover, but lately there has been A LOT.
I can’t help being suspicious that some of the postings are due to people going out on permanent disability or being forced to retire early due to health.
Whatever is happening is happening outside my unit to people I don’t know and no one in my unit knows.
My son is in charge of hundreds of employees.
He said in the last year they have so many family leaves for deaths in the family and so many employees sick.
