The one at the outset of the investigation was delivered in the form of a question: “What did he know and when did he know it?” The second came at the end in the form of a warning to future presidents: “The cover-up is worse than the crime.”
Thanks to the Durham report, we know the date that then-president Barack Obama learned about what John Durham calls the “Clinton Intelligence plan.” If CIA Director John Brennan’s notes are to be believed, that date was August 3, 2016.
This was the day Brennan briefed Obama and other key players about the “alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on 26 July of a proposal from one of her [campaign] advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security services."
To be fair, Barack Obama likely had no more role in the orchestration of the Clinton Intelligence plan than Richard Nixon did in the 1972 bugging of the DNC headquarters at the Watergate. Obama did, however, play the critical role in the cover-up of the Clinton Intelligence plan. It could not have happened without him.
This past Sunday, former congressman Devin Nunes raised the cover-up issue on Maria Bartiromo’s show. Said Nunes, “We now know from Durham that Obama knew and his team knew that in August 2016 this was a dirty trick from the Clinton campaign.”

Obama knew all about Hillary’s unauthorized email server, too.
I remember Dan Bongino talking about this some years back, and it all went down the memory hole.
Dan Bongino brings unique perspective to the discussions of illegality and malfeasance, because he has an idea and experience on how many things function in a White House.
When some of Hillary Clinton’s emails from her unauthorized server were revealed back in 2016, it was revealed that Obama communicated with her on that server using a pseudonym.
That is bad, but what is far worse is that he knew she was using an unauthorized email server in her house.
He knew this, because he communicated with it using a pseudonym, and knew it wasn’t a .gov email address.
So, as Dan Bongino says, you can’t communicate with the President as a private citizen like that. People can’t just send him emails on his Blackberry. For those emails to have reached him, and therefore, for him to reply, that email address had to be whitelisted by someone in WHCA (White House Communication Agency) which is responsible for this.
WHCA is a military run unit.
So, someone had to submit that email server/email address to WHCA to be approved and whitelisted. Who went to WHCA and asked for it to be whitelisted? Who outside of WHCA authorized it?
We all know the main reason she did that was to circumvent the Federal obligation of having to respond to FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests. So her conversations about...well anything, from Benghazi to the Clinton Foundation could not be revealed because...they weren’t “authorized government communications” which are subject to FOIA requests from citizens.
The situation came to light when a FOIA request was made for her State Department emails, and...they told the requester their weren’t any. From 2009 onwards, when she was Secretary of State, she NEVER used the .gov email assigned to her...EVER. She used several emails, one of them was “hdr22@clintonmail.com“.
During the time she used it, there were over 110 emails that clearly contained classified data, and many, MANY more in which she attempted to hide the nature of the emails and cover her trail by altering them to remove the characteristics that flag it, which they found out by looking at the original documents I believe.
There are two fundamental conditions that MUST be met by which we, as American citizens, consent to being governed: That we can choose who governs us in free and fair elections, and secondly, that those who govern us must observe and be subject to the same laws we as citizens are.
Everything boils down to those two basic requirements. If they are not met, then our consent is void, and our government is illegitimate.
I believe our Republic has failed on both of those accounts, and that our government is, and has been for some time, illegitimate.

Actually, if you go back a little bit in history to say, 2009, we found out about (I believe) Obama’s first scandal - Lois Lerner and the IRS. (And, on a side note, the guy who decided not to pursue an investigation of Lois Lerner, happens to be the Special Counsel Jack Smith - in charge of one of the investigations of DJT.) Are we to believe that all those people, in all of the different agencies involved with this, acted on orders from Hillary??? If you do -

These are the kinds of things that made me full accept the term “Deep State”.
I originally hesitated to use it, but things like this have changed my views on this.
Everyone in power knows about this issue with the email server. It is not in dispute. There are hundreds of thousands of people who know about this issue of the whitelisting of Hillary’s email address. I know about it. You know about it. THEY know about it. But...while Donald Trump has his home invaded by an armed SWAT team and a legion of FBI agents, Hillary Clinton and a host of others have done far, far worse, but...nobody goes after them.
And they know. And they don’t act. Reasonable people might ask why. And look naive and foolish for doing so.
This is the case of variable standards of justice. One set of rules, laws, and punishments for THEM and another set of rules, laws, and punishments for US.
And I DON’T mean “Leftists and Conservatives”. I mean Deep State and the rest of us not at the trough slopping from the gravy train.
How far back do you think it goes as far as being fit to be called illegitimate? I was in my late teens when Clinton became president so not yet into politics but still curious who the president was going to be and when it was announced Bill Clinton I had a sinking feeling that this heralded a slow demise of our Republic.
