Obama knew all about Hillary’s unauthorized email server, too.
I remember Dan Bongino talking about this some years back, and it all went down the memory hole.

When some of Hillary Clinton’s emails from her unauthorized server were revealed back in 2016, it was revealed that Obama communicated with her on that server using a pseudonym.
That is bad, but what is far worse is that he knew she was using an unauthorized email server in her house.
He knew this, because he communicated with it using a pseudonym, and knew it wasn’t a .gov email address.
So, as Dan Bongino says, you can’t communicate with the President as a private citizen like that. People can’t just send him emails on his Blackberry. For those emails to have reached him, and therefore, for him to reply, that email address had to be whitelisted by someone in WHCA (White House Communication Agency) which is responsible for this.
WHCA is a military run unit.
So, someone had to submit that email server/email address to WHCA to be approved and whitelisted. Who went to WHCA and asked for it to be whitelisted? Who outside of WHCA authorized it?
We all know the main reason she did that was to circumvent the Federal obligation of having to respond to FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests. So her conversations about...well anything, from Benghazi to the Clinton Foundation could not be revealed because...they weren’t “authorized government communications” which are subject to FOIA requests from citizens.
The situation came to light when a FOIA request was made for her State Department emails, and...they told the requester their weren’t any. From 2009 onwards, when she was Secretary of State, she NEVER used the .gov email assigned to her...EVER. She used several emails, one of them was “hdr22@clintonmail.com“.
During the time she used it, there were over 110 emails that clearly contained classified data, and many, MANY more in which she attempted to hide the nature of the emails and cover her trail by altering them to remove the characteristics that flag it, which they found out by looking at the original documents I believe.
There are two fundamental conditions that MUST be met by which we, as American citizens, consent to being governed: That we can choose who governs us in free and fair elections, and secondly, that those who govern us must observe and be subject to the same laws we as citizens are.
Everything boils down to those two basic requirements. If they are not met, then our consent is void, and our government is illegitimate.
I believe our Republic has failed on both of those accounts, and that our government is, and has been for some time, illegitimate.

How far back do you think it goes as far as being fit to be called illegitimate? I was in my late teens when Clinton became president so not yet into politics but still curious who the president was going to be and when it was announced Bill Clinton I had a sinking feeling that this heralded a slow demise of our Republic.
