Mainlanders are crapping all over Hong Kong now that the border is open. Open borders mean savages crapping.

This is the complete breakdown of the social contract.

The solution is obvious. Install porta-potties on all San Francisco elevators. Make it mandatory. And charge the elevator owners ten times what a porta-potty would normally cost.
After all, San Francisco has a budget crisis. Gotta get that revenue somehow.

This is all intentional. Think about it. Step 1: increase the number and size of national forests. Let forest fires get out of control. Burn down the ancient homesteads and ranchers, then buy those assets for Pennies on the dollar. Make it illegal to own land. Make it illegal to drill for water. Take over all water resources and sell it back to the farmers that remain. Increase the cost until farmers retire and their kids sell out because it is unsustainable. They’ve all moved to the jobs in the cities anyway. The farms that remain will work for corporate farms/government. Step 2: declare climate emergency. Point to every tropical storm as a disaster. Then When a real hurricane arrives, it’s a catastrophe. Offer no help. See Katrina. When the coastal areas flood and homes are destroyed, and insurance can no longer afford to cover, banks buy them out for Pennies on the dollar. Step 3: Turn the cities into hell zones. Stop funding the police. Disarm the citizens. Refuse to arrest drug users. Release murderers back onto the streets. Businesses flee as the once thriving downtowns turn into a Mad Max scenario. Property owners desperate to get out sell or abandon when their mortgages go underwater. Banks come in and take formerly valuable property for Pennies on the dollar. Step 4: as the city dwellers flee to the suburbs, build section 8 properties in the midst of those areas. Preferably next to an elementary school. Force the communities to accept the pedophile agendas in their schools and churches. Force DEl doctrine in the businesses and corporations. When the citizens attempt to flee to the rural areas, see step 1.
Eventually, they will own every resource of value. Then they crack down on crime, flip the switch to activate their Ukrainian-trained armies to cRack down on dissenters. They clean up the sewers they created, make the cities and suburbs livable again. Since there is nothing to buy and private property is illegal, They will rent you a tiny, refurbed home. They’ll even rent you furniture, just like you rent software or movies No one will be allowed to live in the rural areas. Everyone will exist in a 15-minute district.
You will own nothing, and you will be happy.

I can say bums lined the halls of the downtown public transit building in 2016, and the elevators were cordoned off, due to needing cleaning from having been used as their toilets.
It was rank.

This is how many BART train stations ended up with locked public restrooms for about 12 years. Too many Mad Poopers. Too many dopers who move in and lock the world out until the doors had to be removed. This is why we often can’t have nice things.
