It has been my experience that the black women at my workplace, who all have some degree of education, are even more into the vax than the white woman of similar education level and the black women among my clients, who tend to not have as much education.

That might be the reason. Oral history is big in the black community but mostly in the poorer parts of black neighborhoods. Any older black person can tell you horror stories about what the government did to them back then with their experiments. They remember Fauci.
