The .gov doesn’t need to “own” the means of production when they control all aspects through regulation and limiting access to finances.
~3000/14,000 farms to be ‘seized’ in Netherlands. Of course they say it’s voluntary now…until farmers refuse to sell.

This is a good observation.

Capitalists in the 20th century learned that the best way to make a profit was to control the means of distribution in a market. IE, artificial scarcity. The supply doesn’t have to be scarce as long as the access to the supply is controlled.

Marxists got jealous and learned from it.
