I think Elba would have made a very good Bond, but I think he’s probably too old at this point.
I liked the Bond MOVIES that had Craig, but I didn’t care for pouty Craig as Bond.
I thought Pierce Brosnan did a very good job, second only to Connery.
Maybe Jason Stratham?

My choice would be Dev Patel, he was in “Slumdog Millionaire”.

From the self hating white man who says whites should just shut up? Pander much Tom?
James Bond is a white Scot.

I agree but, honestly? I’d rather see Idris as the next villain. He is SO good and, anymore, they need a better class of Bond villains. Idris could be a step up.

WHO CARES what Tom Hanks wants!

As long as he’s not a white male hetro HollyWierd will be happy. Won’t sell, but that is not why they make movies.

I think it would be really fun, for the filmmakers and the audience. It would get the accent off the net, the 21st century digital stuff and back on the creation of cool machines, breaking codes, gumshoe detective work, two-fisted fights, a cocktail or two on the job, heroes and villians just out of World War II with their own grudges to settle ... And then working up to the mod, mini-skirted and Beatle-fied "Swingin' London." If you're a Bond fan, of the books and especially the early Connery films, you can almost picture it in your head.

How about a remake of Sherlock Holmes starring Al Sharpton?

Well, if Hanks wants to put his money in to produce the next Bond movie, maybe someone will give a crap who he wants to cast.

I liked Daniel Craig as Bond. I feel like I am in the minority these days on that.

Idris Elba needs to one of the supervillains along with Adrian Lester as an uncertain double agent working for both sides... or himself.

Jefferson, in one of his most nasty retorts, called Adams an HERMAPHRODITE. Of course, Adams was NOT one, but it was an horrible slur at that time!

Elba will always be the brilliant Luther to me. He would have been great as Bond, but he’s aged out now. He has so much charisma.
Surprisingly I think Craig has not aged well. He looks like a little old man.

Actually, no. He came recently and said that he longer refers to himself as a black actor, and thinks people are too obsessed as race.

Then ge blasted woke backlash to his comments.

I suggest that Tom Hanks play Shaft.
To: Old Yeller
I suggest Tom Hanks play Jeffrey Epstein.
To: Secret Agent Man
Tom wants Pussy Galore played by Wilson.
Cuck
To: Fuzz
I would be totally for Idris playing Bond.
