GOP rockstar Kari Lake has just scored a big win after the Arizona Supreme Court ordered a hearing on her allegations of signature verification violations in Maricopa County.
The Court ordered court proceedings to take place “forthwith” regarding Lake’s 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election challenge.
While granting one sanction, the Supreme Court denied attorneys’ fees requested by the defendants.
Republican Lake fell about 17,000 votes short in the 2022 election against then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat.
Lake is suing now-Governor Hobbs in addition to current Secretary of State Adrian Fontes and Maricopa County election officials. She is requesting that the election results be invalidated or that she be declared the winner. Lake’s case was reviewed by the Arizona Supreme Court in March. The Court remanded one of her seven counts to trial court and allowed sanctions against her to be considered. The remanded count was Lake’s claim that Maricopa County violated its signature verification policies in the 2022 election.
No, no it will not. Most likely, they will report (or conclude) that the AZ Sec of State failed to verify ballots (Maricopa Cty, representing the AZ Sec of State actually) and that no accurate count can be made now because the ballots are shuffled and separated and cannot be assured of ANY accurate count of real ballots.
In a logical world, this would mean the election must be re-run. In today’s world? Who really knows.

Instead of talking about fraudulent ballots, why not just examine them.
It’s like standing outside a bank safe arguing about whether there’s been a robbery; just open the safe and see if the money is missing.

There is an Arizona precedent where the situation you just described resulted in the election being overturned and the seat awarded to the candidate who lost due to the irregularities .
So the court mandated remedy is not a new election . It is the “winner” gets removed from office and the challenger gets put in the position.
If this happens, Kari Lake is in and Hobbs is out.
Very likely, Abe Hamadeh would have a very strong case to overturn the Attny General election as well. Katie Hobbs has a problem in that she is really disliked by Arizona voters. She lied to the voters about her agenda (have you heard a peep from her about solving Arizona's water supply problems and she is executing the Cartels bidding on border issues) and she has given the middle finger to the Az Supreme Court on a number of critical issues in her first days in office. She is a real piece of work.

Lake claims that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of mail-in ballots were rejected by election officials at the polls because they either had no signature or the scrawl that was there looked nothing like the official signature. These election officials on the ground were over-ruled by higher-ups as the ballots went through the chain of command. This information has come from 3 whistleblowers. Mariacopa county has been slow-walking the order to make the signatures available, and the Supreme Court has said to get on with it 'forthwith.'
This is going to blow the lid off everything if you have 300,000 ballots with fake signatures. Kari Lake has examples of a handful of these on her twitter page, and if the rest of the disputed ones are like this, not only will it shine a light on what was done in AZ, it will also open up a can of worms for what was done to Trump, and the pressure will be on state legislatures to fix this before 2024. And if they don't fix it, a precedence will have been set to examine signatures -- something Trump was never allowed to do in 2024. They only had recounts of the same ballots without any signature checks.

Lake will get it. The Democrat Party’s own expert, 10% (of signatures) didn’t match in 2020. Her lawyers are guessing t least 5% didn’t match in 2022 but she only needs 1 percent.

Of course, it would be a wonderful victory if Kari Lake wins in court but she is just not going to.
She knows that and Hobbs knows that.
The corrupt Arizona Court system will see to that.
But winning this case is NOT essential to Kari’s eventual seating in the governor’s chair.
A well -executed Kari Lake recall of Hobbs will do that.
The recall system in Arizona is used regularly.
The rules definitely favor those bringing the recall since no particular cause must be cited.
That means no state agency can deny the application because it doesn’t like the reason for it.
The application must be filed on time and made out properly - then it is a go.
The officer holder must be in office for 6 months which means Lake’s recall of Hobbs starts on July 3, 2023.
Lake needs to collect signatures of at least 25% of the votes cast in the election that put the office holder in office.
That is not going to be a problem for Lake since she can get more than enough good signatures in Maricopa alone.
The Dems cannot do very much about stopping the process since sneaking in bad signatures will only help make the case Lake is making that they cheated.
Flooding the ballot with rodent candidates won’t hurt Lake either since - and this is maybe the best part- the system works this way: TWO votes on election day.
The first “Should Office holder be recalled? If yes, they count votes for all candidates. The winner is the person getting the most votes. PERIOD.
Lake’s people will be ready for the cheating and what she is doing is very smart.
This case is six months of pounding Hobbs and getting her people charged up.
Of course, the Democrat/communists will try to cheat but that will be harder because Lake will be ready for every cheat they try.
Lake’s strategy will be lots of Lake poll watchers to get a YES on vote one SHOULD HOBBS BE IMPEACHED?
When vote one is counted and is a go - the second one is counted: Who should be the next governor?
THERE IS NO RUNOFF!!! There is only who gets the highest number of votes wins among the lawfully nominated candidates which automatically includes Hobbs.
For the rodents, flooding the ballot with fake candidates will only lower the percentage of votes needed to win.
So theoretically if there are 100 candidates and each draws a near even number of votes Lake could win with 4% and be the new governor.
This is all applicable for the AG and Sec of State recalls as well.
Since recall is so familiar in AZ there are no problems of educating the voters and EVERYBODY knows the honest reliable signature gathers so the number of bogus signatures for Lake will be low.
Lake is running a very cleverly constructed recall and since it is not official Hobbs can’t do a thing about it because if she starts answering these attacks she loses but if she refuses to answer these attacks she loses.
The rules say 120 days to collect the needed signatures.
Then, a special election which will be well monitored by Lake.
The corrupt judges can’t really do much except wait until July 3, 2023 to announce that they find for Hobbs. That will be done to try to make Lake look like a sore loser that has no evidence.
Nevertheless, at the rate Kari is pounding Hobbs that won’t be much help because the only ones who will believe the fake “sour grapes” attack on Lake will be Hobbs voters anyway.
