Most networks are going to start the telecast at about 5am Eastern time. PBS will start much earlier, simulcasting the BBC.
I could care less about king charles the turd. These people are on welfare and don’t even squeeze their own toothpaste. Everything is done for them. Really disgusting.

US coverage was embarrassing. Guy on ABC called it a recession, before correcti g himself to calling it a procession. Other alphabet channels talked of diversity. FOX was nothing but chatter.

I think I heard that the Archbishop “accidently” placed the crown on her head backwards and that was why she had trouble with it. I could not help but think that the ghost of Princess Di was trying to keep it off her head.
I’ll watch it after the fact, as I did QEII’s funeral.
Not sure I’ll be too interested in Charles and his Queen Consort (if I were a subject, she would always remain the Consort and nothing else.)
I watched the marriage of him and Princess Diana and watched her sad funeral. I’m a Royal watcher, but not a fan of the current king.

My brother had a friend who had been a military attendant to Charles and Diana on a vacation in Belize when William was a baby and had nothing but great things to say about how they interacted with everyone.
It has the same impact on me as any other tourist attraction, but it is a cut above simulated events for kids at, say, Disneyworld.
