IMHO, Democrats are in the initial stages of “red-pilling”, which is I believe a “short hand” term for overcoming “Denial” and is inevitable as “Denial” is a mental device actually engaged to PRESERVE sanity, when the mind encounters a reality it is simply unable to process.

Democrats, and not “moderate” or “conservative” Democrats (they all “walked away” with Straka awhile back) but what most here would consider “useful idiot” lifelong Democrats, are already “primed” to red-pill.

They believe, AS AN ARTICLE OF FAITH, that “GOVERNMENT is the answer to every problem, and inherently has their best interests at heart” but when reality FORCES them to accept that the Government has LIED to them, intentionally and NOT with their best interests, their FAITH is shaken, just like when a religious person “loses faith”.

They already believe “Corporations are inherently bad; greedy and driven solely by profit” and so very open to seeing corporate capture of Government regulators.

They already have long recognised the “Military Industrial Complex” and so once their faith is shaken, are open to seeing that the Ukraine war is yet ANOTHER lie.

A significant portion have long been in the “Natural medicine” and so are already convinced of the evils of “Big Pharma” and Mainstream medicine.

For “Us” ,.”Trump” is a “secret handshake” way of signifying our membership in MAGA.

Its exactly the same for this new wave of red-pilling Democrats; they make statements of “Orange man bad” to affirm their membership in their group.

But then, as they red-pill, they begin sharing their emerging, changing views;
Just as Sundance and others have said that Tucker Carlson gradually red-pilled, and brought his audience with him, while simultaneously REFLECTING back THEIR red-pilling, more and more “liberal talking heads” begin by affirming their membership in the group “Orange man still bad, but,..” and then question or even point out how they now realise they have been lied to by; the Government and the Media which again is questioning the foundations of their FAITH.
For some, it is COVID. For others it is Ukraine.
For still others, it is being told to accept boys/men in girls/mens spaces.
For some it is the Afganistan rout dismissed as a success.
For some it is the economic disaster we are seeing, with no end in site.

A recent poll in europe shows that while respondents show strong support for the climate change GND in the ABSTRACT, when questioned about specific ways that the agenda would adversely impact them, support falls precipitously, and we can assume this is the same for these Democrats.

As Sundance says, “once you see the strings” meaning once someone begins to overcome their denial, the process is inevitable.

For now, they still affirm their membership in their group, with their “secret handshake” of “Orange man bad” but AS they red-pill on one after another of the key tenets OF the group, eventually AT THE END OF THE JOURNEY, they will realise they share NOTHING in common with “the group” hence their LAST red-pill, will be to recignise the same sources that lied about everything else, are the ones that have been telling them “orange man bad”.

And, realising they no longer have “a group” to belong to with “shared views” they will look for a new group.

Red-pilling is a PROCESS, and for the next wave, overcoming TDS will be the LAST step, so be patient. I do firmly believe it is coming; people who would NEVER watch Fox, who actually believe that FOX is “Maga media” are hearing more and more “leftist talking heads” red-pilling, both reflecting what their audiences are experiencing, and taking them along.

And 1 1/2 years from the 2024 election, the timing couldn’t be better.
