Well, I guess the guy isn’t all bad:
This from two years ago by him:
Jon Husted should not apologize: Vivek Ramaswamy
https://www.cleveland.com/opinion/2021/04/jon-husted-should-not-apologize-vivek-ramaswamy.html
“Recently, in response to a statement from former federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Robert Redfield that he believed the COVID-19 virus originated in a laboratory in Wuhan, China, Ohio Lt. Gov. Jon Husted tweeted: “So it appears it was the Wuhan Virus after all?”
The online mob swiftly bashed him as a “racist” and “bigot.” I worked with the lieutenant governor as an adviser on COVID-19 last year. He is no racist.
Last week, I shared the most important advice I’ve given him: Be empathetic, but don’t apologize.”
The changes include scrubbing the fact that Ramaswamy received the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans in 2011 and Ramaswamy’s role in the Ohio Covid-19 Response Team.
General rule of thumb. When these "conservatives" come out of nowhere and are suddenly saying all the right things, be suspect of them. This Vivek guy fits that model to a "T".
