Around 1966, a nasty chubby little white kid I went to elementary school with, and his black friend, dropped a large rock off an overpass on the Belt Parkway in Queens, killing a woman about 60 years old who was in the front passenger seat. Her sixty-ish husband got out and grabbed the two little darlings and held them for the cops. Different world in 1966. That overpass, and almost all the overpasses in New York America have barrier fences to prevent that kind of assault these days.

Wild guess is that these three were drinking heavily and getting stoned before they hit 12 years old. The one named Koenig looks barely conscious.
