If she was completely descended from Macedonian royalty then she was likely fsir skinned. If there was intermarriage then you would be correct. Whichever, she wasn’t black.

Nations have changed demographics since ancient times. The Mediterranian was conquered by Arab Muslims since then. Arabs are a mix of west Asian and east African.
Example, ancient Greeks were pale which we can tell from how they painted themselves.
