An independent photojournalist named Oren Levy was violently assaulted by a deranged CBS News crew member while covering the Trump arraignment in New York City on Tuesday.
The Post Millennial was the first outlet to cover the incident.

Not shockingly, the CBS reporter with the black crew member who assaulted Levy lied about assailant’s name.

Agreed, and as for the victim, unless the starbucks coffee in his hand concealed a camera, he wasn't a photo journalist.
Back in the 90’s, we pulled in a lot of these local ENG guys to do cheapo commercials or feature interviews. They come in, throw up a tripod, 2 or 3 lights, a lav mic and they’re done. Easy peasy. Yet, most were spastic, on edge, unfriendly, stressed out, and smoked every minute of downtime. It’s why top tv producer techs know to NEVER put “ENG camera operator” in the resume (only “DP/cinematographer”).
A distinction without a difference. If the offending party receives any support of any type they are supported.
Like Bragg is supported/funded/affiliated/owned by Soros. Soros, someone who heroically survived the holocaust by working with the Nazis in exterminating others.
I saw the video. Levy was harassed and menaced. He was not assaulted.
Watch last night’s podcast of Quite Frankly. He had Levy on and he explained all that happened. I had it all typed out but accidently deleted it. Recovering from tennis elbow so typing is still a little painful...sry.
My bad. I merely meant to point out that Twitter has recently labeled NPR as “Government Affiliated”, over protests from NPR.
That is the very definition of "assault". If he were also physically attacked, that would be "battery".
They were in New York State. The term “battery” does not exist in the NYS penal law. Harassment is striking someone, while assault is striking someone AND causing a complaint of pain and/or injury. Unless he was hurt, this was harassment, not assault. It’s a small point, but why do these headlines need to be so inflammatory?
