Very interesting about niacin. There is a product called Enuracin, I think it’s wax coated niacin which eliminates the flush.
High doses of niacin, like 3000 will reduce cholesterol and even higher cures schizophrenia.
I know I am somewhat deficient in magnesium and don’t tolerate most types well.. but I’ve been taking a glycinate and it’s helping me sleep.
Which brings me to the niacin deficiency and makes me wonder if many mentally ill people are deficient?
Instead, a doc throws a pill at you or some sort of therapy, tells you you are crazy and sends you to a doctor who removes your boy or girl bits and says.. “that’ll be better.”
