None of us liking paying extra to get our bags on an airplane... and at Philadelphia International Airport last week, those extra fees instigated a nasty brawl between passengers and Spirit Airlines gate agents.
A 39-year-old mother and her 17-year-old daughter were about to board their flight when they were informed that their carry on bags were too big and they would have to pay to check them. An argument about the fees quickly escalated and became physical as the woman and her daughter started grabbing and clawing at the gate agents.
The cell phone video footage shows the teenage daughter pulling the agent's dreadlocks. When she lets go, the agent fights back, throwing multiple punches.
Meanwhile, the mother continues to fight with the other agent as her top is pulled off and she's stripped down to her bra. A bystander can be heard in the background asking, "Where the f*** is security?"
At one point, a little boy, believed to be with the same family, hits the Spirit agent a few times before running away crying. The woman's wig is also pulled off her head before security arrives to break up the scuffle.

Didn’t watch the video, but I traveled Frontier in January and they announced over and over that everyone would have to place their personal and carry-on bags in the sizer. They encouraged everyone to do so while they were waiting. Frontier announced that if your bags didn’t fit, you could go online and pay for the bags prior to boarding. Once boarding began, everyone would have to size their bags before heading down the ramp, and if your bag didn’t fit you would have to pay extra (for holding up boarding).
It was annoying, but reasonable. Several people did have wheels on the carryon bags that stuck out of the sizer, but Frontier seemed to give a little grace as the pre-board mandatory sizing is a new policy.
Some people just can’t be adults or handle life appropriately.
You can learn something from this. Never wear a wig at an airport brawl.

Oh dear.
Without looking, I would bet mother and daughter are both grossly fat.
