In looking at the side by side pics, the “new” fetterman’s head is more rounded, forehead is higher and his chin is round.

I think what the clinic did with him for the past two months...dissolved the various drug treatments, found the right mix of drugs, got him on a work-out plan, new diet introduced, and along the way...he lost (I’m guessing) 20 pounds.
I suspect for all of 2022, he was mixing up a minimum of five drugs which weren’t optimum. For a while, he might appear as a ‘new’ Fetterman. But with the stroke after affects, you really need to cut back on work-hours and eliminate stress (something that he’s just not able to do).
