In looking at the side by side pics, the “new” fetterman’s head is more rounded, forehead is higher and his chin is round.
I honestly don’t think it’s him..

Perhaps Walter Reed has plastic surgeons. For FetterGoon and Pelosi and the like.
Nothing about the second Fetterman looks real.
Head shape, ears, brow, and the nose ALL look significantly different.
WR does have plastic surgery for maimed servicemen.
