Where’s Fetterman? It’s a good question. The new senator from Pennsylvania has been on a lengthy absence following physical and mental health struggles.
We, of course, wish Senator Fetterman a full recovery and recommend a peaceful retirement for his own sake – something those who advise him should have recommended long before subjecting him to a grueling senate campaign.
In an information vacuum, such as the one surrounding John Fetterman’s long absence, things are bound to get crazy … and they have.

That’s right, a recent proof-of-life photo of Fetterman has Twitter users questioning if the senator has been replaced with a body double.
We’re just going to clear this up right now: We don’t buy it. Remember all the Melania Trump body double nonsense?
Facial expressions, camera angles, lighting, and weight change are almost always the best explanation when these conspiracy theories crop up.
That doesn’t change the fact that it’s hilarious!

Just my guess, but that the plastic surgeons at the psych ward at Walter Reed worked wonders with Nancy Pelosi. They could do the same for FetterGoon. Fetterman’s head in the old photo has a width about 70% of the height. The new photo, 61%. Both pics are of Fetterman, but the different camera lenses or software stretched the vertical aspect of the “new” photo compared to the “old”. The smile elongates his face too.
Fetterman looks relaxed and happy, likely due to the mix of psych drugs they have him on. That’s great for him personally, but should someone serve in the Senate with an artifically produced outlook and aspect? The medical team that reshaped Fetterman’s personality imposed their ideas of what that should be. Will their choices affect his outlook as a Senator andhow he votes? Will he be the creature of staff? Will he have a Pollyanna approach to every issue? Many Senators are drunks or otherwise messed up. Should all of them be “cured” and made into someone else? Scary prospects. Fetterman needs to resign.
While less visible in the right-side photo, you can see that exact same crease in the middle of his forehead. I’m pretty sure it’s him.
There’s actually mouth breathers on the Internet that believe that when Futterman is discharged from the hospital it won’t be Futterman but a -clone- of Futterman.
Next thing they’ll be saying is that the cloning facility is at Rondac III.
