They did not listen to two sets of other doctors who did inform them of risks and said surgery should wait til she was older. The kid wouldn’t accept it. They all, despite being told the risks by more than one set of doctors, went doctor shopping until they found a pair that would agree with what THEY ALL WANTED TO DO.
To claim they were unaware of the risks, is 100% complete blatant lying on the part of the kid and the parents.
“The doctors are sick freaks,”
That. Plus the medical industrial complex has discovered that there are billions of dollars to be made in the gender-bender scheme. Follow the money. Doctors flushed all ethics down the toilet in 2020.
She was a child. She was not capable of making those decisions at age 12-13.
Mental health for teens with gender dysphoria is malpractice at least. Often these confused children are put on puberty blockers after only a couple of short sessions with a therapist.
Detransitioned... That’s funny as hell since you can’t “transition” in the first place.
Her parents were probably told that she would kill herself unless they approved the surgery. If so, that threat should be used against the doctors in trial. Jordan Peterson says its’ not true.
They are the ones doing the mutilation. Can blame them just like I can blame the baby killers. No real difference.
I said a year ago that once the law firms discovered this new source of tort money, the law suits would start. We will soon see boutique firms hanging out their shingle and posting their ads touting that they specialize in this litigation. The physicians, counselors, schools, and hospitals, best start lawyering up themselves.

There is a reason there is age limits as to certain activities by minors. There is limits on driver’s licenses, buying alcohol, voting, entering contracts, etc. We are not supposed to give into their demands. That’s the problem with youth right now. Too many have allowed them to do as they wish. Adults are supposed to be the responsible ones who say “NO”.
“Would you rather have a son or a dead daughter? It’s up to you.”
The parents wanted it. They are the ones that give legal permission.
And the parents and kid doctor shopped to get docs that would do what they wanted, despite other prior doctors telling them different information they didn’t want to hear and listen to.
The parents made the decision. Not the kid. They are the only ones who could, legally, for a 13 year old kid.
If you go to a number of,doctors who tell you not to do something, ignore them, and keep doctor shopping until you find doctors who will do what you want, that’s 100% on you. You were told the risks and advised to do something else and you didn’t listen.
If you read the story thats what the parents and kid did. They didnt stop until they finally found doctors who would go along with what they wanted to do, despite being told different information by other doctors. They didn’t drop it and wait a few years.
This isn’t fractional blame. Everyone involved has 100% for being involved. That’s the butchered, the halfed baker and the tally whacker faker.
