Drag my butt to gym 4 times every week. At age 82 exercise is the best medicine to stay healthy....I joined a golf club and began walking 5 rounds of 18 every week
If you don't mind me saying, I'd say you're ready to play the piano for relaxation. I recommend learning the Zelenskyy method. It's very entertaining.
