It’s funny.
Even when you are working full time, once you get your handicap below 10, you make new friends (vendors) that like to impress.
It helps that your boss is a 4 handicap...
that’s my only goal this year....reduce index by 7 to under 10.
may have to move up to the senior tees to do it.
I already have about 9 rounds in since the first of the year- 7 in march...all with mostly crappy weather...plus at least once a week at the dome...looking to get 3 more rounds in next week...
My step brother (who has actual talent) and I (not much talent) found out later in life that my step father used us as ringers without our knowledge for big money. We were not compensated, but had we known we probably wouldn't have played good golf. $10,000 holes would be a little much on the psyche of a 16 year old.
