Yeah, some fair stuff in there, but I prefer :
Jethro Tull - Thick As A Brick
Iron Maiden - Fear Of The Dark
Frank Zappa - Joe’s Garage
Paul Simon - Graceland
Public Enemy - Mess Age In Our Muse Sick
Black Sabbath - Sabotage
Pink Floyd - Meddle
As some I feel in the mood to remember at the moment, not discounting thousands of others I also love, also included among fans of some items on this list.

Yes, I’ll buy that for a dollar. Great album, great band.
But there really are sooooooo many…

Really shouldn’t include compilations and “greatest hits” albums along regular releases.

    “Simon and Garfunkel is “rock”?”
Folk rock, yes. “Hazy Shade of Winter”, for example, definitely has a rock drum beat, and the beat is probably the single most defining feature of “rock” music.

I agree with you. A few years ago up here in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Hootie and the Blowfish were scheduled to give a free outdoor concert. It was cancelled because nobody wanted the free tickets to attend.

    Hard to argue with Aja.

Yeah a lot of people forget (or never knew) that before Carole King scored any hits of her own she was working in Tin Pan Alley writing lots of hits for other pop and rock musicians.

Well, we know one guy who didn't buy "The Eagles Greatest Hits"....

She's not in my album collection, but she's gotta win SOME award for these.

Simon and Garfunkel is “rock”? Awful wide definition there.... Still, "The Boxer" is one of the greatest songs ever written.

The Cars first album is a “perfect” album. Every song just fits perfectly.

The backing band on that Alanis album was pretty good, including the late Taylor Hawkins on drums.
