The problem will be finding a good PI lawyer willing to take the case. It would be a seriously career limiting move for any PI lawyer to go against the Democrat narrative.
Plus, the case would have to be filed in DC, so it would need to be a Black lawyer for her to have a chance with an all-Black Democrat jury.
