There are a relatively small number of chronic predators, who need to be removed from society, by whatever means necessary. (This is something that NYC discovered during the Giuliani years) That may mean locking them up until they are too old to have the energy to cause trouble, or it may mean their victims feeling free to just shoot them down, but I have no confidence that inflicting social workers on them will be productive.

Well, that is true, but that has nothing to do with what we were talking about.

They are exactly what I was talking about when I stated that skin color is not their motivation whatsoever. So, I'm not sure why you disagreed with me in the first place. For it seems like we agree that these people just do what they do because they are consumed by hatred and perform evil acts upon whoever is convenient at the time they feel like acting out with anger. That doesn't mean that there aren't a few that so it solely out of racism, but in reality they are the exception, not the norm.
Where we seem to agree: There are a significant number of violent predators in the black community (also in the white community, but that's not the current topic), and they can be violent towards both black and white victims.
Where we seem to disagree: I believe that there are a significant number of black people (not all, or even most, but a percentage well above zero) who passionately hate white people (out of belief that white people, as a race, are actively suppressing black people), and who will act out on this hatred by preferentially victimizing whites when an opportunity to do so arises.

When it comes down to it, a lot of the angst from American blacks comes from self-hatred.
To a degree perhaps. But like white people, they do not like every person with whom we share the same skin color. For it’s the content of the character that also plays a part in choosing whether to socialize with someone.
We’re talking here in Tennessee and at that time, any color meant they were black. Their black supporters though so
