its possible perhaps that his mental condition may mitigate the degree of fault...but how the heck is he not a threat if he might beat somebody unconscious over a video game controller? First of all, why’d he have the Nintendo Switch (whatever that is) to start with? Secondly, why did the student feel entitled to disobey the teacher’s instructions (which likely started before the kid started using the Nintendo)

This kid is in school simply because society doesn’t know what else to do with him — or have the guts to do the right thing and give him dignified, manual work instead of “school.”
