If you’re kicking someone in the head who is down, not to mention unconscious, you are not only a threat but you are a grave threat.
It seems like these feral thugs always try to kick someone who is down in the head. I have noticed the female thugs do that also. It is a wonder the young woman is not brain damaged for life.
Any teacher who is stuck in a room with low impulse control children should find another teaching situation just as soon as humanly possible for their own safety.
