I am of the opinion that fraud invalidates the protections granted by the government to vaccine manufactures.

It may wind up in the courts. If I’m not mistaken, the covid “vaccine” was formally added to the childhood vaccine schedule earlier this month, thus relieving the manufacturers from all legal liability for damage done — to adults as well as children.
Gets tricky. If the government ordered it, the fraud is on the government. But colluding with fraud even under orders may not be protected. Since Nuremberg (and actually well before but that’s a reference most people know about), “I was acting under orders” is not a valid defense.
One would hope there is a device within the mix that would produce such a result. It will likely depend on whether a particular manufacturer knew, or should have known, the vaccines had extremely little or no value; i.e., was essentially worthless to the consumer (regardless of who paid for it).
If there are any lawsuits against the government it will be paid out to “Community Organizers” to help distribute payments to communities of color and pay off student loan debts.
And to individuals in gov’t...they can be prosecuted for ordering the fraud as well. This is a huge RICO case.
Apparently their claim is that the bill passed in 2013, under Obama, that legalized propaganda on US citizens legalized their fraud in this circumstance.
I am of the opinion that fraud invalidates the protections granted by the government to vaccine manufactures.

I think that’s more than your opinion. I believe it’s actually a thing. If they knew there were issues before releasing the shot, then the protection against litigation becomes moot. At least that’s what several attorneys have reported.
