In the 90s, I owned a home that backed-up to the rail line; about 100 feet from the rail bed, actually.
I also grew up in that town and the whistles could be heard several times a day.

There are no siding tracks for long stretches between Chicago and Detroit, so freight and passenger share a single track.
In those areas, the ROW is 75 feet across (25-foot maintenance / working easements).
If a box car quits rolling, it can easily be tipped over onto the maintenance easement and then when time is more convenient, a crew can come out, disassemble it and carry it to the “yard” (which is in Chicago).
I don’t know how long they get to keep equip in the easement but, it can happen ‘cuz the railroad has its own set of environmental rules.

(1) Back in the late 60s, a freight hauler derailed outside the city limits. Most grain cars and empties headed for Detroit.
After the cause was determined, they bulldozed the whole lot to the side and repaired the track so the Amtrak line could resume.

this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents or those

The military work in recovering >our< Constitution should never be characterized as a ‘coup d’etat’.
We should likewise be vigilant in correcting \anyone\ who would slap the “right wing” label onto such an action.
Those are phrases that WILL be used by the leftists and the media.
We must disabuse them of such rhetoric swiftly and in serious measure (if you get my meaning).
Any who would attempt to label negatively, our valiant forces in re-establishing a Constitutional Republic in these United States will be met with vociferous and violent rhetoric by me.

I don't see Cherry's remark as defeatist. I think Biden blew up the pipeline and I'm having to remind myself  that everything the US touches in the Ukraine turns to lead. 

We're seeing the Biden regime 'out and proud' in Ohio, betraying the public. Whatever compromises and betrayals I'd seen in the past, the Biden regime has out done them on a daily basis.

We're not giving up; we're not defeated; but there is this repulsive period  of time where the people are allowed to see 'unadulterated evil' in office and it's very disturbing. We hate Biden; other nations actually hate Biden a tad more (how is that  possible) because he's using the might of America against them.

It's repulsive, and there are people in the Democratic party who are waking up and realizing there is a choice to be made. Before, the Deep State kept the pot stirring and pitted left against right. Now, any who CAN be awakened and are willing to make moral decisions others don't like, leave the left, eroding Biden's facade of support.

'Sometimes you have to show people' has been brutal, absolutely brutal. Even now, some still sleep, but in doing so they actively choose evil, even if shown its full face. Some see the treason and lies holding the puppet in office and they choose to support it. People are sorting themselves into 'for'  or 'against' evil. We're on the side of good. May God bless us and lead us, and may He crush those who prefer evil and the fake power it temporarily brings.

The majority of the GOP delegates are pretty good people and now recognize our own party has been selling us out. However certain county and state GOP higher ups have been covering up some of the financial and other information (not supporting good candidates, thwarting transparency, etc.). For example, Kristina points out that 98% of the GOP funding comes from 10 families in Michigan. If that doesn’t point out a garden ripe for corruption, I don’t know what will.

This was a significant battle in cleaning up the state and the election. There’s always been a patriotic wind in Michigan. Look forward to that wind picking up to gale force from here on out, as there’s many people around the state doing similar work on school boards, library boards, local governments, etc.
