Davante Adams Suggests That Aaron Rodgers Is Coming To The Las Vegas Raiders

Aaron Rodgers to Vegas? I can dig it.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams is waiting to see who his quarterback will be in 2023, and he suggested on Twitter that that quarterback could be Aaron Rodgers — and they could be living in the same neighborhood as well.

Adams was taking questions on Twitter when one user asked, “Which neighborhood is @AaronRodgers12 moving to?” referencing the rumors that Rodgers could soon be in Sin City. And Adams didn’t do anything but add fuel to the fire with a simple response.

“Mine.”

This would make complete sense for the simple fact that Rodgers and Adams were teammates (and elite together at that) for eight years before the latter was traded away to the Las Vegas Raiders in 2022.

On top of that, Adams is still elite tallying up 1,516 receiving yards this season and leading the NFL with 14 touchdowns, being named an All-Pro for the third straight season, and with Aaron Rodgers still being Aaron Rodgers (3,695 passing yards and 26 touchdowns), the duo would instantly be elite together in Vegas.

The only other realistic option for Rodgers that I’m seeing right now are the New York Jets, but despite them being in New York City and having a pretty cool brand, they’re still the New York Jets.

Aaron, I would love to have you in South Beach, buddy, but the more time that goes by, the less I’m willing to push for my Miami Dolphins to give up so much (and take on so much at that with your salary) in order to get you. You’re expensive — both on our cap and what the Green Bay Packers are asking for.

Honestly, it was either Tom Brady or bust for me, so now that Brady is out of the picture (I still think he retired because of the Dolphins withdrawing their interest in him), I’m rockin’ with the team at this point and just wanna ride it out with Tua Tagovailoa. At the end of the day, the man is an elite quarterback.

So with that being said, where should you go, Aaron?

From where I’m sitting, there’s only one legitimate option: the Las Vegas Raiders. You’d automatically have an elite offense teaming up with Adams in the air and Josh Jacobs on the ground. Then, off the field, you’d be surrounded by pretty lights and palm trees — making Vegas (the glorious Sin City) as your business empire and playpen.

The only con that I see with this whole plan is that the Raiders were 26th in team defense last year, according to TeamRankings.com, so yeah, not the best. But if you can work out a deal with ownership that they’ll take care of you on that side of the ball (both free agency and the draft is approaching), then you’re set.

Aaron Rodgers, if I were you, I’d head to Vegas.

He's set all of the records he's going to set.

He's made enough money and can make more in the booth.

Why risk physical injury that cripples you for life?

As a Packers fan I say Good Riddance.

The Pack needs to start rebuilding, J.Love may or may not be the answer, but the first round draft pick needs to get his shot. The Pack has a tough 3-4 years ahead of them but keeping Rodgers around for another year will only delay that rebuild they do desperately need.

Aaron Rodgers, if I were you, I’d head to Vegas.

If all Rodgers cares about is money, Vegas would be the way to go. If he wants to win some games, he needs to look elsewhere. Josh McDaniels is a train-wreck as head coach.

Some people make great offensive coordinators but tend to be terrible head coaches. I think McDaniels falls into that category. Great when he’s the #2 guy, not so great in the top spot.
Just my VHO.

As a Vikings fan I can’t wait for the Packers to return to their state of mediocrity. They have hit the quarterback lottery twice in a row with Farve and Rogers and been set in the position for more than 2 decades. Most of the fans don’t realize the rest of the team sucks and their fall will come quickly.

Us Lions fans are going to be very disappointed if Rogers checks out of Green Bay. We were counting on kicking Packers butts for the next several years, and watching Aaron cry about losing to “THAT TEAM”.

The backup qb who took over for Carr looked pretty good. I don’t know if they need Rogers.

“ As a Vikings fan I can’t wait for the Packers to return to their state of mediocrity.”

Yea, it must be lonely down there all by yourself. Vikings fans are the worst in the NFL and that’s a fact.
