DeWine showed a map, on it was marked the area where they thought people needed to evacuate.
From what we are hearing that might not have been a large enough area.
So, it is quite possible that water would be contaminated even in the next town or farther away.
The EPA said it is safe to drink the water, do we believe them?
DeWine told people yesterday to drink bottled water.

Two of the top three Norfolk Southern (and other railroads) owners/investors are Blackrock and Vanguard. (Can’t recall the third.) IIRC, Warren Buffett also is heavily invested in railroads.
Apparently, these groups were influencers in Biden closing pipelines as pipelines compete with railroads. But pipelines are safer.
