OTC pain meds suck at pain relief, and “rat” your stomach out!
How CAN your PCP be so cruel as to issue you 20 crummy pain pills for a YEAR?
Oh I do so understand, I could not manage to do anything today but cry, and that is WITH sufficient (according to them) pain meds. It’s pretty bad when you have to count them out, and decide if the pain today is bad enough to take it, or wait for a worse day, am I right?
Why can I picture you doing it in my minds eye?
Probably because it’s true..been there!
This is what we have to thank the addicts and the spoiled rich who bribe their doctors for more.
(I am by no means saying that all rich do this, but plenty do!)
Rusty, have you ever been to a pain clinic and your pain evaluated there? I did once, and the Doc there told me they were gonna take away my pain meds, and teach my brain to deal with the pain through Yoga.

Your left hand, arm and neck hurts so bad..
But they want(ed) us to get down, as in on the FLOOR
on a MAT, and twist and turn like a pretzel!
I only hope the gurneys they put us on to take us to the hospital can retain us on them as we remain in the shape of said pretzel on the way to the ER!

Pete Buttigieg has finally emerged today.
Not a single comment about the train crash in Ohio.
Instead, he bemoaned the whiteness of the construction industry.
It’s a miracle that this country is able to function at all under this regime.
The Epson bath was great! My doctor used to prescribe pain meds that I rarely took because I was working. I haven’t gone to a pain clinic because I don’t have pain all the time, and it’s a lot of trouble and expensive, as my son has to go to one. I’m just thankful this doesn’t happen all the time. I’m sorry to even complain to you as I know you have it worse than I do. But I can’t take OTC meds as I have stomach problems.
Well tomorrow is another day!

I used to go to chiropractors, but the last one I went to did some damage, told me to go to surgeon, and I never went back. Can’t go to physical therapy anymore either, for my neck.
