I hope a hot bath helps. I get these thermacare wraps, they heat up upon exposure to oxygen and stay warm for about 12 hours. It’s a gentle heat. I use sock tops to hold them on my arm, and I cut them up, so one pad can do an entire arm. That gentle heat all night long really helps.
I’ve never used one, but I know a lot of people that swear at chiropractors.

I think it stems from my stressing my thumb joint from trying to do something too hard. I’ve never had to ask for help to do something simple and my hard headiness in my old age bites me sometimes. I have nerve damage through my arms and arthritis on top of that.
