If we get a lot of roosters, we usually butcher them for meat except one. It is not humane to have more than one rooster as they will fight to the death eventually. I have such a sweet rooster now, I will keep him for sure. I have never had a rooster who didn’t want to attack me, lol.

I choose a breed that is good for meat and/or eggs.

Thank you, I was already wondering what was going on before this all blew up. I thought we were doing something wrong, but we were doing the same as we have always done.

Tartar sauce sounds wonderful with fries! I have some chipotle Mayo I want to try with them.

For now, I am off carbs, I am trying to lose a few before the wedding 😁

Lol not pancakes, but eggs, toast, bacon sausage. It’s always on the table when you go out for breakfast. I always considered it a breakfast condiment and thought it ruined a good plate of french fries.

Ha! We finally have a sweet rooster here now as well. He’s all fluffy and a pretty reddish tan colour.....the only thing he ever attacks is the crabby old rooster that used to claw and bite all of us. The big pretty rooster put him in has place really quickly, and we enjoyed it immensely.

It’s be design, Gran. That son of Castro is bringing in as many as he can, by any means. As if we don’t already have a housing shortage - rents are astronomical and houses are beyond reach for most young people, and a lot of older ones as well.

I’ve been there several times when my daughter lived close by in Ventura. Now she lives in Wisconsin so I doubt if I make it back. The rest of my relatives live in NorCal. Your grandkids would probably enjoy it. It has Air Force One, and Marine One.
Video yourself in a movie with Reagan. Part of the Berlin Wall. Other changing venues, lots of fun in a beautiful place.
I haven’t been there since Nancy joined Ronnie at their resting place.

When I go to Wisconsin next I want to go to the Bohemium Lodge. The town they live in, Sheboygan, has the largest US flag in world, on private property. Pretty cool.

Visible from a considerable distance, the flagpole is located on Acuity’s campus along Interstate 43 between Milwaukee and Green Bay.
The flagpole is nearly 100 feet taller than the Statue of Liberty.
At 70 by 140 feet, the flag is the world’s largest free-flying American flag.
Flags are taken down at the first sign of wear, such as tearing along the seams. A professional seamstress uses an industrial-grade sewing machine kept at Acuity to make repairs.
The 9,800-square-foot flag weighs 250 pounds.

Five very good reasons. An my main reason is that he has a record of already doing these things, and promises made by him are promises kept. All the other politicians make all kinds of promises but find excuses not to keep them.

Hmmmm....
All these flavored teas I have in my dry goods cupboard.
Cardamom-Cinnamon and so on.
Here’s a few I’d like to see:

Insani-tea-for watching Biden, et al.

Apa-tea (Apathy) for when you don’t care if you have a cup or not.

Hilari-tea-for watching Harris cackle.

Stupidi-tea as above, or for watching Karine Jean-Pierre.

Enormi-tea-for looking at pics of Whoopi Goldberg.

Okay you guys-your turn!
*evil grin**

That chipotle mayo sounds good, too!

Ditto, on the fries/carbs.

I’m going to try some roasted cauliflower with that mayo.

I made some really yummy alfredo sauce....that I keep trying to find low carb things to dip into it with :-)

We had it on gouda stuffed meatballs, the other night. (With a
marinara sauce, too.)

I heard this AM on radio, Glen Beck talking to Ric Grenell about the Chinese government having Chinese students at US universities making and selling illegal drugs.
