I’ve been there several times when my daughter lived close by in Ventura. Now she lives in Wisconsin so I doubt if I make it back. The rest of my relatives live in NorCal. Your grandkids would probably enjoy it. It has Air Force One, and Marine One.
Video yourself in a movie with Reagan. Part of the Berlin Wall. Other changing venues, lots of fun in a beautiful place.
I haven’t been there since Nancy joined Ronnie at their resting place.
When I go to Wisconsin next I want to go to the Bohemium Lodge. The town they live in, Sheboygan, has the largest US flag in world, on private property. Pretty cool.
Visible from a considerable distance, the flagpole is located on Acuity’s campus along Interstate 43 between Milwaukee and Green Bay.
The flagpole is nearly 100 feet taller than the Statue of Liberty.
At 70 by 140 feet, the flag is the world’s largest free-flying American flag.
Flags are taken down at the first sign of wear, such as tearing along the seams. A professional seamstress uses an industrial-grade sewing machine kept at Acuity to make repairs.
The 9,800-square-foot flag weighs 250 pounds.
