I see that do not have the ability to ascertain right from wrong.

He does see right from wrong. Cops are always right. Everyone who disagrees is wrong.

I will not pass judgement at this time. 2 comments:

The perp acted like a wild crazy person when he was being arrested.

If the perp had shut his mouth and gone limp when yanked form car he would be alive right now.

2nd degree murder seems like overcharging. Voluntary manslaughter would be the better charge at this time.

So the message is if a perpetrator fights hard enough with police where they are endangering themselves and their own lives, the cops should just let them go? Just return on their merry way? If you are a criminal and don’t want to be arrested or go to jail just put up enough of a fight when they come for you. Hey, maybe we need a new law. If during an arrest the perpetrator puts up enough of a fight where their lives or the lives of the arresting officers are in danger the police need to back off and just let them go. If criminals want to avoid prison they just simply have to fight hard enough with the police to reach the legal threshold for release. How nice that society would be. We wouldn’t have to see any of these bad police videos anymore. Sure, we will all live in anarchy but that is a small price to pay for the safety of our criminals.

Spot on. Blindly supporting any person or group no matter what they do is poor practice on all levels.

Targeting of police is by a small number. Supporting LEO’s who abuse their power and murder someone does not correlate with the police being targeted.

Does anyone know the reason they stopped Nichols in the first place? Was there a chase, reckless driving, etc?
