People who work for tips seems to expect 20-25% now rather than the more traditional 18%.
I believe the percentage should go down. I tip about 15% now unless the service is exemplary.

They hand you some tablet with 15% automatically showing for a tip. I’ve been in some restaurants (never went back) that added a “service fee” to the bill then under that write in the tip.
