The Baton Rouge, Louisiana, bar where deceased LSU student Madison Brooks and the four men charged with rape crimes against her were allegedly drinking is now under fire, with a university official announcing, "It is time for action."
"She should not have been taken from us in this way," LSU President William F. Tate IV wrote in a recent statement. "What happened to her was evil, and our legal system will parcel out justice."
Brooks, a 19-year-old sophomore, died after she was hit by a ride-share driver in the early morning hours of Jan. 15 in East Baton Rouge Parish. Four people, including a minor, have been charged in connection with events prior to her death.

I didn’t say she deserved it. I don’t believe she did. Pointing out people make bad choices doesn’t mean that means the person believes its deserved. May want to internalize that.

Only a warped mind would think that getting a girl drunk, taking her to a car and you and your four friends raping her multiple times and the dumping her along the road is OK she it was all her fault.

Her BAC was quite high. I can’t picture a girl handling even half what she had in her system.
And to be clear I am not saying the guys are innocent. They may well be guilty of one or more things. I am saying the way gynosociety reacts to these things is to assume all men bad guilty, all women blameless, victims etc. They dynamic is so archaic and trite, and its funny how women love stereotypes that are good for them and want them codified into laws, while loving the negative stereotypes of men, that they also want to punish by codifying laws for them. They just want all this to be tried in the press and destroy all men because the “victim” had a vagina. When the tables are reversed and men are drugged by women in bars, taken to rooms where they are robbed, or stop to help a “girl with a flat” and she has other who come out and beatup and rob the guy, theres never negative stereotypes of females noted and society saying “we should never let this happen to men, ever again.”

Yes. But as I’m sure you will agree, that’s way down on the list of crimes here.
The monsters in this story are not the bartenders. They are the men who raped her and then dumped her. And yes, it was rape as this woman was too impaired to give consent.
It really bothers me that the LSU president is focusing on the bar. He is too cowardly and too woke to denounce the rapists. Mustn’t pick on people of color.

She had a 0.31% BAC after they found her body. She was barely conscious, incapable of consenting to anything.

I said that that was what would be said if a guy made bad choices, and something bad happened to him. I was pointing out how different the reaction would be to a man suffering a bad outcome from bad personal choices.
