Your right. He probably...most likely, has broken ribs from ~9 minutes of CPR performed on the field (at least).

Have a look at the video in the OP. Watch from about 1:06 till the end.

That guy doing that much waving his arms up and down doesn't look like someone who only a few weeks ago had any broken, or even sore ribs.
