You have AMD or you have studied it?

I am a regular user of melatonin for sleep. My best results are from a 10mg fast dissolving sublingual form sold by Walmart. Taken with an older antihistamine, doxylamine succinate, it has proven very useful as a sleep aid. Any ancillary benefit is welcome. 👌

Steven; If you wanted to take the time to really understand it, that article is a small course on cellular biology. So, for numerous reasons, take melatonin and get enough sleep.
