The U.S. Has Until March 5 to Formerly Request Ovidio Guzman-Lopez’s Extradition

The United States government has until March 5 to present the formal request for the extradition of Ovidio Guzmán López, “El Ratón. Should no formal request be made by that time, and there are no pressing charges against him in Mexico, he could be released unless a judge orders preventative detention.
A few weeks after being arrested in Jesus Maria on January 5th, Ovidio Guzmán requested a suspension to avoid being handed over to the US to a Washington, D.C. federal court to be tried for crimes of conspiracy to introduce marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamines.
Last week the judge granted him a provisional suspension so that it is not delivered until he defines whether to grant him the definitive suspension. The jurisdiction of Amparo was also moved from Mexico City to a judge in Toluca, the closest city to the Altiplano prison he is being held at.
“The District Judge Specialized in the Accusatory Criminal System of the Federal Criminal Justice Center in the State of Mexico, residing in Almoloya de Juárez (Altiplano) acting as Control Judge, through which he renders his justified report, and informs that on March 5, 2023, the term expires for the requesting state to formulate the respective formal petition, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of article 117 of the Amparo Law, the parties are heard by the term of eight days for them to state what is in their interest.”
The request must be made by the Department of Justice to the United States Foreign Ministry, which will deliver the document through diplomatic channels to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) of Mexico, which will notify the Public Ministry of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR).
If the requirements are met, the acting judge will authorize his extradition.
Since July 6, 2017, the United States Department of Justice has published an investigation against Ovidio Guzmán and his brother Joaquín. Both are wanted by the United States authorities based on an investigation carried out between 2008 and 2018 by the Office of Homeland Security Investigations.
While the US has requested Ovidio’s extradition since 2019, prior to his first arrest and release during Culiacanazo; a formal request with him now in custody in Mexico has not been made. The reason for the delay is likely only due to ensuring all proper information and paperwork are filed in order for there to be no issues with the formal extradition request.

If extradition would score political points or obfuscate something the demo-fascist has done FJB will do it. IMO it is all political theater arresting ‘El Chapo’ didn’t stop his cartel it just splintered it into competing factions. Same with arresting Ovidio. That is all the current DOJ, DEA, Homeland Security policy does. A hydra has many heads and taking out one accomplishes nothing except score political points, if even that.
What I want to hear about is who brought the classified documents into the hands of SENATOR Biden, back in at least 2007?
Are the bearers of those Classified docs to senators not responsible for guarding and returning said docs? No check list, no check out and returns, no SCIFF set up, no registered REPORTING for missing docs, by the bearer?
Or, did SEN. Biden just steal them outside of the senate, or pay someone to drop one?

Twitter’s open discourse a catalyst for mass public-awakening

Recently, I’ve shifted my focus to heavily observing the mainstream and Left-wing echo chambers. Studying how the media attempt their spins, and how well it is received by their followers, etc.
There is a seismic shift happening amongst the normies. There is a growing resistance to MSM narratives in mainstream and Left-wing circles, particularly on Twitter, which has huge influence that bleeds into all the other platforms as well.
The accumulation of irregularities in the MSM narratives, are taking their toll on the sheep. The current combination of the Biden Docs scandal, the jabs not being “safe and effective” as promised, and the growing body of evidence that C19 was human engineered; has caused an identity crisis amongst the Left.
Their entire personas revolved around masks, covid vaccines, and Trump being a criminal. Now they are being forced to rationalize that the “anti-vaxxers” and “conspiracy theorists” were right, and turns out Biden and the DNC are criminals. The pillars of their identity are slowly being proven to be a farce, and it’s breaking the cohesion of the Left and their followers.
Based on my observations, I believe we are in the middle of a mass-normie-waking event by accumulation. “Death by a thousand cuts”, “straw that broke the camel’s back”, etc., and it’s reaching a breaking point. Even many of the Liberal talking heads are struggling to continue maintain the charade.
This result is largely due to the public conversation being had, made possible by Elon freeing Twitter of Left-wing algorithm and bot manipulation. The normies are no longer shielded from public discourse like they were before. The comment sections are flooded with counter-arguments to MSM lies. Conservative voices are seeing increased exposure due to no longer being shadow-banned, and it’s making dividends in public perception.
Flashback circa 2017, there were very few Conservative voices in the mainstream, Conservative trending hashtags, and counter-arguments in the comment sections. Twitter is like a different planet entirely now. Elon leveled the playing field, and now we are winning pretty handily.

This outcome is what Elon means when he preaches “Vox Populi, Vox Dei” (The voice of the People, is the voice God). Allow the People to speak freely, and truth will out. The plan is working.
