It looks like somebody might be a tax cheat, and the question is whether it’s Presidentish Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden — or both.
On the Schedule E portion of his 2017 tax forms, Joe Biden reported $19,800 in “rents received,” and none in 2018, according to information reported on Sunday by Breitbart’s Wendell Husebø.
But when filling out a background check, Hunter Biden claimed to pay a specific $49,910 rent each month to his dad from March 2017 to February 2018. This is the same home where classified documents were recently found stacked in the garage. Biden the Younger spent about a year — during part of his drugged-out times — renting (?) Biden the Elder’s Wilmington, Del., home following his divorce from Kathleen Biden.

Is it possible that Joe sold his house to Hunter...under the table back a decade ago, and on state records...Joe still has some ‘ownership’ in the mix?
I’ve been saying for a while that Biden’s tax records need to be thoroughly looked at to see if he claimed ALL of his income including the 10% he may have received for being “the Big Guy”. If any income was not reported, that is definitely an impeachable offense.
The precedent has been set with Trump. President’s tax records can be reviewed by the Congress.
Laws/rules are for the little people.
It could have gone through a trust, partnership or other entity.
This would cost you or I five years in the joint plus huge fines and attorney fees.

From May 2014, Burisma Holdings Ltd. was paying Hunter $83,333 a month to sit on its board, invoices on his abandoned laptop show.
But in an email on March 19, 2017, Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi asked Hunter to sign a new director’s agreement and informed him “the only thing that was amended is the compensation rate.”
After the email, the amount listed on Hunter’s monthly Burisma invoices was reduced to $41,500, effective from May 2017.
Hunter resigned from the Burisma board in April 2019.
He also did not report that the CCP was funding his million bucks a year no-show job at the UPenn Biden Center.

maybe he thought they could claim that to deduct the money as interest. Or if he claimed it as rent he could say it was his office. Either way it’s entirely stupid, and if their name wasn’t Biden they wouldn’t attempt it or they’d get caught and owe a bunch of money.
