Drink lots of water but realize that the stone may get jammed which can cause more kidney damage.

Avoidance of the medical-industrial criminal complex is a smart move.

I developed atrial fibrillation after contracting the Fauci/China biological warfare virus, but am keeping my blood pressure under control without drugs with diet and twice-a-day exercise. I have learned that carbonated beverages are the absolute worse thing I can do for my blood pressure.

I know nothing about passing kidney stones, thank the Lord.

I did a quick search, and it looks like lots of water and/or fruit juices are you best bet.

My wife says apple cider vinegar mixed with water fixes EVERYTHING.

Strong stuff so has to be heavily diluted.

“Refuse to go to any clinic or hospital, what do my wise freeper friends suggest to speed up the process and alleviate the pain.”

I suggest rethinking your position on seeing a medical professional.

Water and Cranberry juice.

Ibuprophen to reduce any swelling.

See if your general practice has an ultrasound machine they can use to break it up as a backup plan

When to seek urgent care: If get severe pain not controlled with ibuprofen. If not improved in 2 days, or if new/worse symptoms or unable to tolerate oral fluids / medicine. If get fever likely need to be seen in person so one can order a urine culture, serum creatinine ect.

Get in a bathtub with the hottest water as you can stand as it moves towards your bladder. Just soak in the water to help subside the pain and take some extra strength Tylenol. Drink tons of water to push it through your urethra to your bladder and then you’ll feel relieved. Then go to the doctor and get an x-ray. Also try drinking straight lemon juice to dissolve it. It works.

Best is to drink a large amount of watermelon juice. There are many Chinese herbal formulas to break up stones. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1035/4149/products/3836_A_1182x1182.png?v=1654107691

While you may not wish to be seen I highly recommend a visit to the local ER. You need to know how big the stone is and whether the kidney is obstructed or not. If the stone is big enough to obstruct the ureter and put back pressure on the kidney you could be in danger of permanent loss of function of that kidney. Also monitor your temperature - an infection in a partially obstructed system can lead to overwhelming sepsis rather quickly. Any fever and you need to be seen emergently. Beyond that do NOT take any over the counter pain medicine beyond the recommended dose, and if your kidney function is impaired (needs a blood test to know) then any advil, aleve etc is too much

Massive amounts of vitamin C. Vinegar. Citrus fruits and juices. Anything to increase acidity.

Go to the ER, and get some medical help.
This could get serious, and you DON’T want to toy with kidneys or your urethra.

You’ll need to see a doctor. They can prescribe medication. Stop drinking soda and use lots of citrus. They’ll either need to blast it or it nay passion its own.
