I thought these were taken when Biden was vp...that makes it different than a president taking them.
As far as Guiliani, wasn’t the term “top secret”?! Not very professional and silly. Reminds me of spy vs spy lol. Maybe there were top secret documents and much different than classified.
On the other hand, you know how the media is, take a term like top secret and they twist it to become classified.

I have never completely trusted Guiliani since his role in the 911 coverup.
Also, there are the allegations he was on a drunken bender when he was supposed to be leading the legal fight against election theft. FWIW, he never presented evidence of fraud in court. All he raised was the Constitutional principle of elections being controlled by State Legislatures.
The other major "Mole" in Trump's legal team was WH Counsel Pat Cipollone (not forgetting the despicable CIA man, Bill Barr).
